Erik Jason Roque M. Estrada, MA, MBA is a Lead Support Specialist at the Development Bank of the Philippines with over a decade of experience in organizational development, training, and support services. He holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master’s in Business Administration from UTEL University, Mexico. A certified project officer, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and registered writer with the National Book Development Board, Erik has been recognized as Continuous Improvement Practitioner of the Year (Ask Lex PH Academy, 2023) and recipient of the Outstanding Youth Award (2022).
